Liza starting at the age of 5, and Diandra starting at the age of 8. They took over the karate studio from Professor Lama. Because of Professor Lama and taking martial arts, they instilled in us very strong values of community, responsibility, discipline, and self-respect. These are the values we teach and pass on to the children we teach today.

We not only focus on martial arts/karate. We want to instill values in your children that will eventually carry on into adulthood. Respect for yourself and others, honesty, determination, self confidence, and excelling in not only karate but school as well. School ABSOLUTELY comes first, we check report cards and grades every time, for every student, no exceptions. It’s MANDATORY.”
